The Role
Service Line: Outsourced CFO
Experience Level: Senior Manager -Director, 3 required

This is the leadership role in the Outsourced CFO service line. You will be an expert finance leader helping multinational clients building an effective finance functions through finance function transformation, financial management, M&A support, and business restructuring etc.  This will be a remote/hybrid work subject to project schedule. A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.

About You
You will be a seasoned finance/accounting professional who is comfortable working with a diverse team and clients in different countries. You will be dedicated to take ownership of the engagements and provide high standard professional service and innovative solutions in a wide range of finance and accounting projects.

You will:

• Provide strong technical skills across a range of accounting issues and business taxes
• Proven experience in outsourced CFO services and financial consolidations is a plus.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding and hands on experience in APAC regional and international tax rules.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial compliance requirements.
• Have significant exposure in leading complex finance and tax restructuring projects in a variety of industry sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships,
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid work environment.
• Have obtained CA/CPA or equivalent qualifications
